His journey took a life-altering turn when a devastating accident left him facing a brutal recommendation for arm amputation. For many, this might have marked the end of their ambitions, but for Mark, it was the beginning of a new chapter. Fueled by an indomitable will and a refusal to give up, he defied the odds, embracing what he now calls the “ambidextrous mindset.” This approach balances logic and creativity, resilience and adaptability, enabling leaders to thrive even in the most challenging circumstances.
