From setback to strategy.
Mark’s career was built the hard way — engineering and delivery roles across telecommunications, IT, renewable energy and construction, in 19+ countries and 30+ islands, often under conditions that leave no room for theory.
The turning point was learning that resilience is a discipline, not a temperament. Setbacks became the raw material for a method: hold creativity and logic at the same time, keep structure without losing adaptability, and treat every challenge as a project with a story attached. That method became The Ambidextrous Project Manager© — a book, a movement and now a practice.
Today Mark advises leaders and PMOs, trains and certifies teams, speaks on resilience and complexity, and builds software — because better systems make better institutions.
